30 days refund
You will have 30 days to start an easy return and get a full refund.

Please follow our return policy to start the return.
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned portable power station and accessories. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically credited to your credit card or Paypal account within 24 hours. It may take a few business days to appear in your bank account.

Delayed or lost refund (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds.
